As this blog showcases, an unusual number of cars crash into houses and other buildings here in Pittsburgh. But it isn't everyday that the car crashing into a house is a Pittsburgh PD cruiser. (!)
Well, it happened on the city's Northside on February 14th. Valentine's Day probably wasn't so sweet for the officer who cranged his SUV into the side of a house.
The officer was taken to the hospital following the crash, which happened along Milroy Street around 6:30 a.m. when the officer was responding to a collision in Zone 1. For more on the incident, see CBS Pittsburgh's report.
